The track aims to help academics and practitioners to interact on accounting as a precious tool in the decision making process and a prominent governance instrument that may affect the sustainability of the organization. It is expected that the track will be a beneficial and fruitful dissemination forum where empirical and theoretical papers in the areas of Management and Financial accounting, Auditing, etc. (see below the list of topics) are presented and discussed. Best papers will be published after a peer review process in the International Journals.

Dr. Khamoussi Halioui received his Doctorate degree in Management Accounting from Reims University (France) in 2005, and served as lecturer, assistant professor and associate professor at the University of Sfax in Tunisia, from 1984 to 2011. Afterwards, Dr.Khamoussi joined University of Nizwa, College of Economics and Information Systems (Sultanate of Oman). From 2013 up today, he is full professor of accounting at College of Economics and Administrative Science at Al-Imam Muhammed Ibn Saud Islamic University at Riyadh (KSA). He teaches cost accounting, management accounting, accounting research, auditing, corporate governance, principles of financial accounting. His research interest is around effectiveness of management control systems; financial accounting and auditing issues. He has published several papers in several academic refereed journals such as Journal of Applied Accounting Research, Review of Accounting and Finance, Journal of Accounting in Emerging Economies, International Journal of Law and Management, Business Strategy and the Environment, International Journal of Accounting and Financial Reporting, Journal of Behavioral and Applied Management.
Dr. Hichem Khlif is Associate Professor of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Mahdia (University of Monastir). He has taught graduate and undergraduate courses in Financial accounting, auditing, international accounting. His research focus is on the determinants of accounting disclosure, IFRS adoption, auditing, meta-analysis and taxation. He has published in several reputed refereed accounting journals such as Australian Journal of Management, International Journal of Auditing, Journal of International Accounting, Auditing and Taxation, The International Journal of Accounting, Managerial Auditing Journal, Journal of Accounting Literature, Journal of Applied Accounting Research and International Journal of Accounting and Information Management.
